Hailing from a 24-year experience in the Banking industry, his exemplar knowledge & performance metrics have applauded him with accomplishments such as the Championship Awards, 2007

For mobilizing the highest volume of business in the Private Equity Fund amongst category ‘C’ cities in India (at his time as the Associate Vice President at Kotak Wealth Management) and The Century Club – The Liabilities Acquisition Contest in February 2014 (as Branch Head at Induslnd Bank) amongst many others.

Bringing in prominent experience from his time at ICICI Bank Ltd. – Private Banking, ICICI Securities Wealth Management, ABN AMRO Bank Ltd., and Growth Avenues Ltd., he capitalizes on his analytical skills & keeps up with market dynamism. He has worn several sleaves on his shoulders & has served them all with complete justice. In the last 24 years, he has leveraged his skills into leading teams for achieving operational excellence, grew CASA business by 40% YOY, offered his expertise in different asset classes, and provided loan solutions to noteworthy corporations & individuals. Mr Joydeep is a technology enthusiast and a futurist. He strongly promotes the use of core banking software tools to ensure smoother transparency, functioning & transitioning of our consumers’ journey in the financial world.

He is an active member of the Environment Awareness Camp that spreads awareness about & encourages the adoption of environmentally friendly activities in Vadodara.
